Seminars
Partner with one of
our trained "seminar facilitators" (at your
facility or ours) in the creation of an
environment for learning, discussing and thinking
about major life topics / decisions (Marriage,
Parenting, Communication, Self-Esteem, Conflict
Management, etc.).
Parenting can be a
difficult task, often stretching us to our limits
and often beyond. It is as parents that we
experience some of the greatest joys and the
greatest challenges in our lives.
On Saturday, May 17th
from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, Foundations Christian
Counseling will be hosting our LOFt (Like
Our Father) Parenting Seminar
titled "Digging Your Child Out of the Dumps."
This seminar will focus on understanding your
child's / teen's depressive moods and helping to
raise your child's esteem by challenging their
depressive thoughts and encouraging them to apply
Truth. The speakers include Fred Jacoby, MA,
Director and Counselor at Foundations Christian
Counseling & Lisa Harrison, MA, counselor at
Foundations and former Church Youth Director.
"Digging Your Child
Out of the Dumps" will be held at Cornerstone
Community Baptist Church on HTY & Polk Twp Rds.
in Kresgeville, PA.
The cost of these
seminars are $20 per person (spouse attends free!)
for the early-bird registration rate (due Thur.
before seminar) or $25 at the door (spouse
